We are seeking a Tier 3 level Desktop Engineer to support our IT operations in Camden, NJ. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing desktop environments, including testing software packages, imaging systems, and utilizing enterprise tools like Web Jet Admin, InTune, and SCCM. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient desktop operations while leveraging tools like ServiceNow, HIM, SAM, ITOM, and ITAM to optimize IT processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage desktop environments, including testing software packages and system imaging.
• Utilize Web Jet Admin, InTune, and SCCM to monitor, configure, and manage devices.
• Support IT operations using tools like ServiceNow, HIM, SAM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3-level desktop issues and escalate as needed.
• Ensure desktop configurations and software packages meet organizational standards and compliance.
• Provide support for desktop-related projects, including updates, deployments, and patch management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in desktop management, including software testing and imaging.
• Expertise in Web Jet Admin, InTune, SCCM, and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with IT management tools such as HIM, SAM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Proven experience providing Tier 3-level desktop support.
